BSACE commenced air-conditioning business as a sole proprietorship firm in 1984 and was later converted to a limited company in 1985. Propelled by the immense knowledge and application of Japanese manufactured products, the company clinched a deal on a sole distributorship basis directly from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd .
